Alia Mavroforos
Alia Mavroforos obtained a Master of Music from the State Institute of Arts, in Ufa, Russia specializing in piano pedagogy. She has also received the Kodaly Music Institute, Basic Certificate from New England Conservatory in Boston, MA. Her accompanying career includes Greek Orthodox Church School Chorus, Haverhill, MA Sacred Choral Artists, North Andover, MA and she is the organist and choir director at the First United Methodist Church, Amesbury, MA. Mrs. Mavroforos has taught piano, organ and keyboard classes in Plaistow, NH, Amesbury, MA public schools, the Sparhawk School and the Hellenic American parochial school in Lowell, MA. At Seacoast Academy of Music, she teaches piano from beginners to advanced students. To register:
